baa99 Posted March 12, 2020 Report Posted March 12, 2020 I'm outside of Thailand and my prepaid AIS SIM will expire next month. Has anyone used an online service to top up their SIM? A search shows that ding.com and recharge.com offer this service.

baa99 Posted April 4, 2020 Author Report Posted April 4, 2020 FYI AIS has a hidden webpage to do an online top up of your SIM. I tried using it, but was unsuccessful. I went through all the steps and got a passcode from my CC bank. Entered the passcode and AIS was unable to complete the transaction. Then I went to recharge.com. Typed in my phone number and it couldn't verify the number. It had the option to just say the number is good. I tried that option and it worked. I received a sms from AIS that my SIM got topped up. Finally success. Might have to top up 'til 2022.
