MikeN Posted July 21, 2002 Report Share Posted July 21, 2002 I'm thinking of booking a flight with Bangkok air, BKK>Samui & return, for my next stay in Thailand. My local travel agent in rural Australia says she cannot do it, though I thought they were all linked to a common booking system, so I looked at the Bangkok Air website.....what a mess. Anyone ever booked online with them ? reliable ? what about delivery/pickup of ticket ? No mention of that from what I can see on the website. No need for paper tickets or anything, just walked up to the counter and gave them my name. They handed me paper tickets and I was on my way.
