shotover Posted September 2, 2002 Report Share Posted September 2, 2002 A couple of months back, it was reported the Lovely Bar in Bangkok on Sukhumvit Soi 6 (next to the Bangkokney Bar) was for sale. Guest Posted September 4, 2002 Report Share Posted September 4, 2002 One of the former owners of a Bar Beer in Clinton Plaza made a very nice deal with the owner of Lovely Bar and it is now called Hangout Bar. The new owner is a New Zealander who previously operated the Hangout Pub off Soi 11, back behind Cheap Charlie's place (this was back in 1999-2000). I noticed that he even has a couple of ladies working for him at the new place that used to work at the old place - which was then a diddlin bar, complete with upstairs ST room(s).
