Pronounced: 'svay pah' 11 KM north of PNH, easiest way to get there: Keep the Tonle Sap river on your right hand and drive straight on till you get there. It is the main road (if you can call it that, but ok) to Udon. You know it when you see the 'we use condoms' sign though it is easily missed as the whole road is one long village..
