Palatkik Posted October 29, 2002 Report Share Posted October 29, 2002 I have been trying to use mastercard to pay my AIS bill online monthly, but their system alawys crashes on me after I put the requisit card numbers in with a message saying the service is down temporarily. Temporarily has been going on several months now. Their help desk online, suggests I can pay the bill by visiting a Telewiz shop - a bit hard to do when you ain't in the country and have IR charges to pay. Anyone else using online paying? My AIS bill is automatically charged to my AMEX card monthly as I went into the office to set this up. However, this does not cover the TOT international charges which I pay whenever my ex-g/f finds the bills in my condo. Palatkik Posted November 10, 2002 Author Report Share Posted November 10, 2002 Seems like AIS have upgraded their web site now but don't tell you on there that they only take Thai credit cards. Previously they took any. So anyone wishing to pay off their tiraks hp bill with a foreign card will have to visit their bill payment centers.
