My best would have to be Singapore Changi... always unbelieveably efficient, baggage on the belt whenever I get to it, little or no lines at immigration and well sign-posted. Worst for me would have to be London Heathrow. Hate the place... crowded, old, always delays, long lines, dodgy looking geezers in the arrivals hall... YUK! Worst? probably a tie between Heathrow (only been there twice, in transit to Ireland) and Ho Chi Mihn City. Heathrow was pretty dumpy and difficult to get around.
