spirit_of_town_hall
I have a Thai friend who has constant headaches and is sleeping a lot, more than the norm. Whats the deal for thai people, how much does a good but basic hospital cost. If a person develops something very serious like cancer are their facilites to help them if they dont have much money? Thanks, STH

cavanami
The buzz in the local Thai community is that if you go to the "30 Baht" hospital for anything serious, you will die, because of extreme poor health care

spirit_of_town_hall
They are in Bangkok, I think its a psychiatric condition, I am not sure though, it could just be depression or possibly a brain tumour from what I have gleaned from typing in their symptoms. Would this hospital have facilities for a psychiatric condition? Roughly what is the cost? and what is the name of this place. Thanks STH
SurinBum
Try one of the university medical facilities which have sound psychiatric faculties. Chulalongkorn or Thammasat.
