I'm surprised (or maybe not :sad:) that the main suggestions here are related to drugs....

 

Sleeping disorders can have a very broad variety of reasons, and just taking pills can even worsen the problem. It is important to first check for possible physical health isuees - if none can be found and the problem isn't just a temporary one, try to focus on mental strategies instead of feeding your body with even more chemicals than we are already exposed to on a daily basis. In my experience, the solutions to sleeping disorders can be surprisingly simple at times.
