That leaves Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Myanmar, Indonesia and the Philippines. Of that group, which one do you believe is being developed to take the place of Thailand in hosting US presence? (Not just military, but FBI, CBP, DEA, USAID, CDC, etc... Thailand doesn't have the 4th or 5th largest Embassy in the world for no reason). {Iraq, Egypt and Moscow are bigger in terms of personnel).
