Burger place is called Upstairs, part of a hi-so shopping arcade attached to the Four Seasons Damascus. Got a sushi joint (run by Filipinos), the burger place, and a bunch of cafes. Sit outside, eat your frozen sushi platter, and listen to the sound of Russian planes and rockets and who knows what else hitting the Jobar and Eastern Ghouta neighborhood... again... can't be much left out there.
