Looking rough and tough... The situation here in Germany's fourth wave turns dramatic, especially here in Bavaria and in Saxony, federal states the vaxination rate is lowest. Hospitals are getting close to their limits. Reasons are to a large part the low vaxxination rates combined with several political issues. For one we have not learned our lessons from last autumn and opened up too early. We are in transition from the old government, which is now a caretaker government to the new government coalition, which is presently forming. We may have been to intimidated by the discourse fields of corona deniers, and wanted to avoid political tensions. As to the corona deniers, German society did not exactly live up to its reputation as this dry, boring and basically science trusting population, but has in parts exposed itself as the idiots of western Europe. Last Saturday i was taking photos in Vienna in Austria, where recently a new lockdown and a vaccination mandate has been decided, and which saw the probably largest protests against restrictions in the German speaking zone this year, with almost 40 000 highly emotional protesters. It shows that they still have massive mobilization capacities. One of the many absurdities was that the protesters, who see themselves as defending civil rights and democracy, and stand for love and peace, were in their main march led by members of the far right identitarian movement, now forbidden in Austria, and who carried banners that said: "Control the borders, not our people", and similar far right memes. While corona protesters call people who support the restrictions "Schlafschafe" (sleeping sheep), they themseves walked behind these neonazis and football hooligans like sheep themselves without seeing the total contradictions. Fortunately i was not attacked, this time, and only once shouted at during the protests. It seem to turn into a rather interesting winter here in this part of the world...

I also didn't know that in the State of Wisconsin, it is legal for Kyle to have a gun, even at 17 (which was why the gun charge was dismissed). I didn't know that Kyle did not cross state lines with a gun he wasn't supposed to have. The rightful gun owner did, as he was legally permitted to do. I also didn't realize that Rosenbaum was a 5 time convicted child rapist and that Huber was a 2 time convicted woman beater. I didn't know that Grosskreutz was a convicted Burglar with an assault on his record also. IF THE MEDIA DID THEIR JOB... we would ALL have known this! Time more men stood up and the judicial system do their jobs!

When only a few months ago people widely talked about getting the pandemic under control, i have had my doubts, and was unfortunately proven right. I believe that we will soon see increased restrictions, and some form of mandatory vaccination. Another extremely concerning problem is the refugee situation at the Polish - Belarus border. The militaristic saber rattling as seen very clearly here in this Polish News channel (with a slant of propaganda) is insane. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KbJQdJXDnOQ I understand that this is a complex situation, that Belarus und behind that very likely Russia use refugees as a tool to destabilize the EU, and to further inner-EU conflicts between the increasingly authoritarian Poland (and Hungary), and the liberal Democracies. What makes this situation worse, i guess, is that politicians in especially Germany seem to be scared of a repeat of 2015, where borders remained open, and refugees were allowed inside, and the subsequent backlash by far right mobilization. We are also in Germany in the situation of an outgoing caretaker government, and a coming transition to a new government, where it is difficult to make potentially etremely controversial and/or unpopular decisions. Exaggerated by the corona crisis, and potentially volatile resistence against new restrictions, a flow of refugees could result in more social unrest, and would be a godsend for the far right (ironically with strong links to Russia). And possible numbers of hundreds of thousands if not more refugees coming to Europe, and Germany in particular, in the coming months, channeled through by Belarus, could overwhelm our system, especially our health system - which is already now overstretched by Corona. However, there are thousands of refugees in appalling conditions caught at the Polish border, not allowed back into Belarus, and the Winter begins. Already several refugees have died, and more will very likely die. Pushbacks of refugees that managed to cross the border, as already take place, are inhumane, and clearly against European law. Not allowing NGO's, observers and journalists close to the border is against anything our democracies stand for. We need a temporary solution quickly, if it would just be erecting refugee camps in which these refugees can find shelter until a more permament solution can be found. Letting refugees die of exposure in the forest is not what the EU can afford without losing its identity. A potential for armed conflict however between Belarus and Poland could be disastrous, as this could quickly turn into a Nato case, and spiral totally out of control. We do need some courageous decision making here quickly, which takes the humanitarian situation but also the Russia's attempt of destabilization into account, and which at the same time avoids militaristic saber rattling - which is not helpful.

Section 1457...will check in to this... Thailand accepts common law marriages if a couple register as married under Section 1457 of the Civil and Commercial Code of the laws of Thailand. My thought is that you would need to register the union in Thailand. You would also need to obtain an ITIN # for your SO to be able to include her In your tax return.
