Old Hippie Posted March 26, 2003 Report Share Posted March 26, 2003 Picked up a copy of the book "Take China The Last China Marines," for the trip home. The first impression is, a great read! Ity deals with the start of the "China Marines" and I would assume ultimately the founding of VFW/American Legion China post 1. As some of you may be aware, many of these guys made up the early LOS "sanukers"/ex patriots and some even still reside in LOS.
