Guest Posted May 2, 2003 Report Share Posted May 2, 2003 one thing though: you should not buy a place in a too deserted area for security reasons. there are many existing smaller mu bans in all the different subsois with houses for sale who have security guards (well, some of them might actually be a deterrent for thieves... . I wonder by how much value 1/2 bed condos rose after the existing BTS was built, in places such as Saphan Kwai, Ari, On Nut etc.? Could be a good benchmark.
