Certainly this concept of " krengJai " must only apply to only the lowest paid, least skilled employess, bottom level of society workers? Because how could an entire country be run if everytime there is a problem ( which may result in upsetting someone ) it never gets reported to the appropriate people. Don't tell me that if a airplane ground worker notices that a departing 747 has a flat tire he not going to report it because it may aggravate his boss's already pounding headache .
