Lots of drunk sailors full of built up testosterone trying to compete for the ladies. So needless to say, I was a little distressed to hear they are back this time of year. I am in Pattaya right now, and there are a lot of U.S. Marines all over, but seems like they gotta be in bed by 12 midnight. But they mostly hang around Walking Street.
