Pom Michael
It seems to work for both AIS GSM (post paid) and One-2 Call numbers. I haven't tried DTAC or DPrompt yet. Note that the person will see your user name (from Yahoo) on their message, and if they "reply" back it will only go to your computer (and not your mobile number). But, still don't know if this is free for the person receiving the SMS. Cheers!
Guest
Service Charge Only pay for replying a message from mobile phone to Yahoo Messenger - GSM advance THB 3 / message - One-2-Call! THB 3.21 / message I think DTAC/DPROMPT is around the same.
think_too_mut
>You can now send and receive SMS from Yahoo! messenger on PC to any Thai AIS or DTAC hand phone. is it from yahoo.co.th or yahoo.com?
steffi
Well you know that MSN Messenger has been able to hit DTAC phone for several months now right? I'm pretty sure the OSX version of YM cannot do this yet. I need to be able do to this from my ATTWS phone here in the US. via some kind of gateway even if I had to set it up but DTAC use "captchas" now which makes it very hard to automate sending of SMS through their web server. Guest
"Well you know that MSN Messenger has been able to hit DTAC phone for several months now right?" What on earth are you talking about Steffi? Why do you need to 'automate' sending of SMS? What is an ATTWS phone? Please explain in plain language so that everyone understands.
