Then you have a box with all your dial-up ISPs and below a radio button where you can choose if the standard connection is always dialed, or only when you have no connection established, or never. gawguy Posted July 21, 2003 Author Report Share Posted July 21, 2003 I saw that before and I didn't know if that was what I wanted. Anyway, it may be resolved. I tried to dial, but had forgotten to plug in the phone line on my laptop. The settings in the dialup box all turned from grayed out to black. I unchecked "Connect Automatically." That may do it.
