Pom Michael Posted July 23, 2003 Report Share Posted July 23, 2003 I saw a few minutes on ESPN Sportcenter today and was impressed with the TV technology used for the swimming matches. I have not seen the use of the graphic line that show where the World Record time would be, makes it easy to see how close (or far) the person is to breaking the record. The use of the country flags and names superimposed in the lanes at start and finish was also nice. Impressive performance by Mr. Thorpe in winning the race. Cheers!
