I would prefer one who is recommended by either a friend or by that friend's maid. I have found that these tend to be more reliable/trustworthy than one who has no associations at all. Does not have to be a live in, but that is prefered. She needs to be able to clean house/laundry and go grocery shopping. Cooking ability is not too important.
