Guest lazyphil Posted December 12, 2007 Report Share Posted December 12, 2007 xmas dinner will be at my sisters (and her family) 350 year old former converted coaching inn with log fire and is as atmosphreic as it is sumptuous as my sister is a great host and after dinner walk on the ancient icknield way, the oldest recorded road in england, pre roman, the house is actually on it the few houses on this section had the 'road' had it paved, walk a few 100 feet and it becomes a track again.....yep, as i get older stuff like this becomes interesting to me, the nerd.
