Sometimes it doesn't happen at night due to too much alcohol consumption and sometimes doesn't happen in the morning due to either lack of supplies (no condom) or lack of interest in another round. OK, that's possible after a few months of deprivation but the factories don't produce fast enough to keep that going for long. One in the morning, one at night is I'm sure the norm.
