drlove
My understanding is that these are both generic viagra. I usually buy viagra in the USA at my HMO for what they called half-price ($19 for 4 caps.) Beginning 2004 they have dropped that benefit (while raising the premium of course) and yesterday they asked full price ($39.) I walked. I usually take 1/4 to 1/3 tab Vit V and then I'm good for 2-3 days. I rarely get headaches or sleep problems with those doses. So now I am looking to buy Penagra or Caverta in Pattaya. There are rumors that Viagra will not be over-the-counter soon? Is that true? What about P and C? Who has had experience with these? What is your preference? Is Caverta really faster? Why? I'm not looking for anything too strong. Thanks, Dr Love
chilli13
I only ever tried those exact 2 brands & then this cambo vtab once! Never really had much problems, but caverta is the more expensive of the
tomc12
Penagra and Caverta are generic forms of Viagra, so not really any difference between them. For faster effect, try Uprima or Cialis. For longer effect, try Cialis.

short-time
I usually take 1/4 to 1/3 tab Vit V and then I'm good for 2-3 days. Little wonder you have had few problems if you are good for three days with 25mg. First report I've read of the stuff being that effective! You might want to give Cialis a try - half a tab might keep you going for a week or more with zero problems. Anyway, don't know about Caverta as I have no experience with it, but can vouch for Penagra being just as effective as the original and at far lower cost. I understand a four pack of Penagra can now be easily obtained for 400B in BKK. Yeah, for us Yanks it seems the health care folks really came down hard on us this year. For the last couple years I paid $20 for 18 tabs of V (three month supply), this year the same amount will cost me $50, so cheaper to buy Penagra while visiting. BTW, for those in a hurry, I think Levitra is the fastest acting (Uprima may even be faster, but that stuff acts in a different way and is not really comparable with the others mentioned). HSTEACH
Cialis takes effect in about 15 minutes. For me it lasts about 2 1/2 days. The pharmacy on Sukhumvit ( odd side sois) closest to Robinson's has both Cialis and Apcalis ( Indian version.) Apcalis costs about half the price of Cialis and is GREAT! short-time
I tried Apcalis on my December visit and was very pleased with the results. It seemed to last at least two days for me. Still think V has more punch, but the stuff gives me a stuffy nose and makes me flush. I got a better price on Apcalis in the first pharmacy past the gas station around the corner from Nana (1200B X 4). ST
Guest
Do a search on this on this board, there is some good info. Penegra seemed to be the best in potency and lack of hearburn of the generics in my, uh, "research". I still haven't checked out these new chemicals, but will have to try soon. As for the new chems working faster, esp. on a full stomach, I'm a little sceptical. Seemed to be the main plug for the new drugs, which makes me wonder how they designed their studies. Is it true? Guest
oh, and if you get penegra in pattaya, there is a place on south rd. btwn beach and 2nd rd on south side that sold me 4 packs of 4 100mg for 2200B a few months ago (wanted 600B per). (would not suprize me if there were 2 phamacies on this stretch.... there must be more pharmacies in that town per capita than any place on the planet)
short-time
Last time I visited my doctor he gave me some free samples of Levitra and told me it works in about half the time V takes (15-20 minutes - even after eating). I haven't experimented with the stuff enough to verify this claim though. One thing I have learned about V is that if you take it an hour or two after having a large fatty meal, it doesn't seem to work at all...
