It follows people (usually very rich people - but not always), who design and build their own houses. A recent program followed a couple (very successful in business) who converted an old warehouse into a house, spent 1.2 million and had a house worth in excess of 3 million. Good business I know, but they bought a Gas Cooker (which added no value to the house) for 34,000 (thirty four thousand pounds).
