Torneyboy
What has been your best buy in Thailand? The best value for the product/service..that you received...no sex please For me it was a few years ago in Phi Phi . I was on a Hotel inspection educational to Phuket/Krabi/Phi Phi. Five of us hired a long tail boat for 500 thb. We were taken all around the island, stopping for swimming and lunch ..all the way around to princess beach and back. A big day and lots of fun ,we were chased by a big storm all the way back to the Travelodge hotel however. You guys?...Best buy

buddha
I bought a carton of cigarettes 'Marlboro Reds' in Aranya Prathet for 50 baht. They were in good shape and tasted fine.
Guest
Reminds me of a month ago, at the border met a thai group all carrying a 1.25 litre bottle of Johnny Walker 15 year, had bought it over in the casino duty free for about 800 baht! SoiledCowboy
Mine was, well, from Bangkok, where the young boy-racer agreed to pick me up from the Domestic Terminal at DM, he travelled all the way up from Pattaya especially to be there waiting, and raced me back in 75mins in rain and peak-hour traffic, to Pattaya, for the princely sum of 1300 baht - try getting that kinda service back home and see what the bill would be... ::
