Saw guys just waiting for the next customer. your hotel receptionist will be able to arrange a taxi also, albeit at a slight price increase, saves you the hassle to look yourself though. They have to report to the so called mafia guys. Anytime someone needs a ride to bkk, all the guys in pty know where to find one of the mafia guys and they in turn have the taxi guys stashed away somewhere.
