The catch is that they MUST be a US citizen and I would suspect be able to get Secret clearance (not too difficult), but he did not say. This position is based in Sillypore. Since they are hiring from the States and must have an expat, I assume that it would be a pretty nice package. But you have to be experienced otherwise I would take it.
