<There was a banner at Don Muang saying date/time that count is the flight departure date/time, not when you check in and go through immigration.>

i was several times on airplanes leaving after midnight (last two weeks ago a flight to Korea at 0200); every time the stamp had the date of the previous day when i passed immigration before midnight.

Dunno. Did you see the same banner that I quoted?

I might had misread it but there must had been a reason for them to put it up.

I mean, it is logical that date you are going through the immigration and have your passport stamped is what should count. Why did they need the banner then? :dunno:
