All sorts of things are cooked up by the boys in brown and what seems right or wrong on the surface and valid as a defence in the West are not defence at all here. The best thing to do is to avoid any hassles at all with the police. On a slightly different subject, all of the teachers at my school got paid today, paid in cash. A few oif the teachers were concerned about getting mugged as they had a sizeable amount of cash on them. i said to them not to worry about that but worry about being stopped at random by a cop for something completely different.
