Auricman
TroyinEwa1, When I checked the NWA site last week for a flight to BKK in Nov., the stated price was $841. When I called NWA to book the flight, the person I spoke to said he couldn't get me on the flight for less than $2000. When I told him that the website stated the price as $841, he said, "If you can get it for that price, take it." So I hung up the phone and returned to the NWA website and booked the flight online for $841. Why could there be such a discrepancy between the website price and the phone-in price? It doesn't make any sense to me, but if that's the case I'll always book online. Auricman

Ilovetata
would never take NW again. Was sleeping like a baby in the back of coach with 4 seats all to myself so I could lay down and dreaming of LOS when the attendant slams down the tray next to my head and puts down the meal telling me this is my only chance to eat so I better get up. UA biz class all the way since then... good service most of the time
