So even thou you may prolong your life it is a life of diminished quality. I get cranky if i get a cold or flu. The original version was aweful - miss your timing and you got dreadfull nausia, now much better, still better not to have to have to take them at all. It will probably kill me before the other 1/2 dozen ailments I have get acute enough. So it is a death sentence as well, in fact Life is a terminal illness. Get on with it and do it well.
