People go to Pattaya for ONE reason, the only situation i can imagine a fancy chair is when a hot girl is pooring baby oil all over her body while she is posing on that chair! There are places like Shananigans (at marriott) where you can find an atmophere like that! People seem to use it for the free wifi internet! This won't work in Pattaya it is too hot and dirty, sitting in a chair like that doesn't feel right, not in Pattaya, it would be too pretentious to smoke a pipe or cigar, having a sigle malt and pretending to be a gentlemen when you go out 1 hour later and bar fine a cheap 1000 baht hooker!
