I'm there middle of next week and although I know Dubai is happening, no idea what the scene is like in Abu Dhabi. There is a bar there that has heaps of freelancers Chinese, African etc. I forget the names of the other places but they are all within a short walking distance of each other. There is an African nightclub and a Philipina one and i forget the name of the big hotel which has a disco and Russian and CIS gals. Happy days. However, in addition to the Ally Pally, which is somewhat of an institution, a mate of mine who lives there recomends the following Minna, Regency & Rockwells, maybe these ring a bell with Zorro.
