Khun_Kong
With the demise of Suprnova and TorrentReactor (due to a HDD crash WITH NO BACKUP!!??), I have trouble finding reliable torrents now. What are other people using? Also, re speeds: I still get those 1-10 kB/s numbers. Seems low to me, even after doing the port forwarding , opening to others and various attempts at tweaking. Anybody else got any suggestions? Leaving my desktop on fulltime for 4 days, I pulled a total of about 4 GB. Does this sound right? :Clueless:
khunsanuk
Hi, Shit, I used to Torrent Reactor as well. Also used http://www.torrentstop.com/, and that one has been shut down as well Sanuk!

gummigut
Just resigned up to filemp3.org I get 1gb on a bad day. 2gb or more on a good day. Lot depends on how many torrents I'm downloading and if I get a good connection. On a good day, I'm getting 20kb/s per torrent and hitting 60+kb/s in total. Bad day it's 3kb/s per torrent and maybe 12 kb/s in total. I got a 1meg down line. Right now I'm downloading 2 torrents (one I've been trying for 2 months. It's really slow) at 6kb/s and uploading at 51.2kb/s. <<burp>>

The latest shows from the US are available within 24 hours and the quality is excellent. No more sitting through crappy commercials.
gummigut
Just music Leastwise that's what I use it for. WinMX is pretty dang good too. <<burp>>
Khun_Kong
See this link for an interesting take on the "LokiT Owned by MPAA" thing. Basically, it says that the owner sold out to MPAA- no lawsuit, no logfiles, just a scam.
gummigut
Yeah, it's an interesting situation. He didn't sell out to MPAA, but I think he sold everyone else out, especially those who contributed to his "legal defense fund". Sad to see. On another note, for those in the know. I am now going to download and look! <<burp>>
Guest
I assume many of you are using BT for Porn. What sites are you using? I love www.puretna.com and can usually do around 1.5gb a day at 30 K/s up/down to keep my ratio at just over 1.0. Been using Winmx (private opennaps mostly) for a few years and although it's great, BT is far better. I also use www.empornium.us but I think membership has closed to that one. Still it's not as good as puretna.com which is free to signup. Don't forget to give what you receive........
