Tricksy
This is kinda an apartment/internet type question. So I have posted this to the technology section as well. Apologies for the cross post. I'm thinking of moving to Bangkok for 3 months to live and work. I work online, not porn, so what would be my best option? Basically I want to have a place where I can put a computer set up (dual large monitors) and also enjoy the scene. I was thinking originally of renting an apartment and then having to wait until a line and internet connection were set up (how long would that take?). Being able to work straight away would be a big factor. Now I see that some apartments come with broadband already supplied. Also there appear to be serviced apartments attached to hotels. Bascially I need a rock solid internet connection, unlimited hours, in a nice enviroment where I can relax and that is guest friendly (around the Sukumvit Road area). I was thinking about paying 15K but would pay up to 30k if that's what it takes. Which type of accomodation would be my best option. Wireless Internet --------------------- I know nothing about this so forgive my ignorance. I'm going to be spending some time in Phuket and Phi Phi. If I get a laptop can I get a wireless internet connection (rock solid) so that I would be able to work in these places without a phone line? Do you need to do it through a mobile phone? Thanks for any help. Tricksy
khunsanuk
Hi, True offers unlimited broadband, have been using it for about 3-4 months now and have not had any problems. Recommended. You do need a direct line for this of course, and installation might take about a week or 2. Sanuk!
khwaimaisabai
Hi ks, Isn't it a bit silly to have an identical thread started in two forums? Khwai
