Old Hippie Posted December 13, 2004 Report Share Posted December 13, 2004 Basically, you can hunt around on line, and buy a pin number, then just call or online to activate...or re fill...or go to your local Thai/Asian store and shop around...a decent card with decent connection/reliability should sell for $20 for 2+ hours calling to a LOS Mobile, or over 4-5 to a home phone.
