If not you .....will require a ""release '' by him to allow the infant to travel. in my case they were never married and she had enough proof that he never supported the child in any way and had no contact since about two months after the birth. Anyway ..cut a long story short ,, her child was granted a visa...but had to have a medical...this all takes time. Redbaron Posted December 27, 2004 Report Share Posted December 27, 2004 GF is in the UK with Lusty in the chateaux. Lusty, Would the family have enough nouse to apply at the UK embassy for a visa? If a tourist visa is all he needs, I imagine this would be easy, since his mum is a UK resident. Longer term visas i imagine you and GF would need to be there. Good luck.
