Belgian brew Deus Brut des Flandres,which is 11.5% alcohol :drunk:is proven so popular importers here are struggling to keep up with the demand. "at first people buy it for curiosity value saying how can a beer cost so much?" said Oliver Massart owner of the Belgian beer Cafe on The Rocks" The beer is brewed in Belgium before it is sent to champagne in France where it undergoes the same process as Moet Champagne in the same cellars. It will take me an other 3 months to get there BTW, "Brut des Flandres" is really bad naming. Brewed by Brouwerij Bosteels in Buggenhout, actually only 15 km from where I live here is their website in English but they do not seem to sell on their site.....
