drogon
Does someone have up to date info about this hotel? Guest-friendly? In room safe? Thanks for your answers

drogon
thanks samak Has to be guest-friendly as I saw on the bangkoktonight forum that it includes a massage parlor so I suppose that it is girl-friendly
Hidy Ho
Is this the one on Soi 31? If so, it's OK ... small pool, shitty access to the room but I think it was cheap. I looked at this one as an apartment though and while back.

Anyway thanks for your answers If you're BTF forum follower, why don't you just go stay at Grottino on Soi 19 and save you all the headache of trying to find the *rght* place??? I'm gonna give Grottino a shot on my next return ...
drogon
Call me a cheap charlie if you want but I think that 1700 bahts is a little too much for my length of stay.........and for the service offered. (even if the reports sound well) For a 1 week stay I would take swiss grottino for sure thx anyway jazz
liquidflux
I stayed at the Grottino back in June. The rooms do look nice but they had already begun to show signs of wear, and this was when the place was still fairly new. Not worth 1700 a night IMO. If you do stay there, make sure to get a room away from the karaoke place that is/was next door. I had to move to a room at the opposite end of the hall as the noise was so loud, mai dee.
