Guest Posted September 25, 2001 Report Share Posted September 25, 2001 Had problems with this when in Laos (think it was excessive sticky rice) and I agree with the poster who likened the rare visits to 'shitting a watermelon'. I always felt it was from so much rice, but there were other things mentioned here that could also contribute. also it may just be the natural way not go every day in certain climates. after about 3 weeks into the trip, i always get seriously backed up, and a trip to the pharmacists for some Senokot does the trick.
