Lusty
Whilst on my recent visit to Los I went through a spell of not having a dump for six days I also lost half a stone. At no time did I feel unwell. Was this due to the change in diet(exclusively thai food) and change in climate or was this a side effect of viagra use? Guest
Rusty I suppose it must be the Thai food. Once a while if I visit my home town in Holland, I dump one or twice a day. In LOS it will be once a 2 or 3 days. It proves to me that Thai food is more nutritious.
francie34
Maybe it's different strokes for for different folk but going to the toilet is not a problem that I have. I dont feel sick but have to have a lot of small change for the toilet. francis
Guest
I have not dumped for 10 or so days at times , when you go at last it is like birthing a watermelon. Note that this was not in LOS & had nothing to do with LOS ( sort of ). Though I imagine the same predicament could easily occur there , actually i am sure some go there for it specifically................
Guest
Keeping "regular" Is a good thing no matter where you are. I find the slated/dried prunes they sell in the markets ( look kind of nasty, but taste good) every day keeps things "moving" Lots ( and I mean lots) of water with all the drinks help too. Guest
Rusty, It might be the combination of food and the time zone change. I noticed the same thing whilst in LOS. After 4 or 5 days I thought something must be wrong. After that I was perfectly normal with no ill effects.

Guest
Some one who had this same problem wrote to 'Dr Gott' the dude in the newspaper. Dr Gott, said that a stool a day was not necessarly normal, and that a stool every three days was not an area of concern. I don't believe though. Stickman
Rusty, I find that after a long flight, I am unable to shit for a couple of days and sometimes it stretches to about 3 or 4. Was this immediately after you had flown? Maybe it is somehow related. Stick
