happyfarang2547
I booked a room at Nana for 3 nights (did not pre-pay) so I could say I stayed there. When I received the confirmation e-mail it said rooms would be held until 1900 unless flight information is provided. I provided the flight info (23:45) and asked them to confirm they would hold the room until then but I did not get a response. Does anyone have experience in arriving late when the room is not pre-paid? Are other hotels in the area likely to have vacancies in the event they do not hold the room? I arrive on July 28th. I don't like the idea of booking a second room just in case as it may mean someone else doesn't get a room that needs one.
Dude_Le_Rude
email them again and get them to reply that you are arriving late. then, print out their late arrival email and bring it with you. should be no problem.
shygye
I have arrived on midnight flights with no problems at the Nana Hotel. They are completely aware of the late night flight arrivals.
short-time
Not sure of their current policy, but without a first night deposit they used to only hold your room till 6 PM. This is pretty much the standard anywhere. I don?t like late night arrivals, so haven?t done one of these in years. Why take chances? You sure as hell don't want to be stuck without a room at 1AM do you? ST
happyfarang2547
Thank you all for the input. The second e-mail did the trick. They confirmed they would hold the room.
