Extensions are ruled out for being responsible for the problem. Have you tried to visit your hotmail account with adaware and zone alarm turned off? I believe Hotmail is designed to work with IE only and MS couldn't give a rats ass about our inability to access all the features with a competitors browser. I?ve tried all the suggestions I received in response to my original post for help concerning the Hotmail problem with no avail. From this I have concluded the problem is a failing of Firefox rather than Hotmail. Strange thing is I believe many on this forum use Firefox and apparently have no problems viewing their hotmail messages. This is very strange. My final solution came down to using the dreaded IE when using hotmail. I just don?t have the time to debug this problem. I?ve concluded the best fix is to dump hotmail.
