torrenova
Amazingly, Holland (Netherlands) is missing off the TOT Bt6 per minute discounted rates. Their rates are Bt18 (008) and Bt22 (007). Also, the reverse from Holland to a Thai mobile or landline comes in at around EUR 0.20 per minute or EUR 0.12 with a discounter. Does anyone have a cheaper option, especially from LOS to Holland ? Thanks
BelgianBoy
From Holland to LOS you can call at 1 eurocent per minute. BB

rickfarang
Skype (VOIP) lets to call to The Netherlands for Euro 0.017 per minute. To Thailand (from anywhere) its Euro 0.092 per minute/ .0923 cell phone. You need a 36K connection and a voice-equipped computer to use Skype. chilli13
from LOS to Netherland use skype out 1.7cents, but NOT to mobiles thats a whopping 22cents! opposite way bangkok is 5cents while mobiles are 9.3cents. however BBs suspected calling card comes in as absolute winner at 1cent there's always cheaper rates somehow
