whcouncill
Anybody seen or have that Thai ghost movie Phii? If so do you know a place to get it from? I am not in Thailand at the moment so if you could find it maybe we could work something out to get me a copy. Thanks.

khwaimaisabai
Hi council, It has not yet been released to cinemas or published on CD. In fact, I am not yet sure that it has actually reached the stage of a final version. I have seen a near final version which was shown at a private screening earlier this year. Lusty
Anyone seen that Thai movie "troupe of ghosts"?I can't understand the words but its still hilarious!
gummigut
Is "Troupe of Ghosts" still out? Didn't see it on EGV's website. I'm taking a cutie to see a movie on Saturday. Think it's Saturday. Anyways, Puen Sanit just come out. A romantic comedy, but I'm definitely not going to be as handsome as the leading guy, so maybe that's out. There's also Madagascar. That's what I'll probably do. I can compete with an animated character. Err, well I think I can... Well, maybe I could. This whole thing about previously drinking at Bottom's Up has now got me thinking again... lol <<burp>>
ranma500
Hi there. 'P' is currently doing the festival circuit. It will be released early next year in Germany, U.K., Malaysia and Singapore. A Thailand release is tricky. Since the crackdown, films about go-go bars are hardly Mr. Thaksin's favourite form of entertainment. But we will keep trying. Best wishes, Paul Spurrier Director 'P'
samak
oh, you are the director of the movie! the movie is (if i am correct) about superstition of a bargirl. so if you were concerned about difficulties to release it in Thailand, why you did not just separate those subjects. there are plenty of people in Thailand very superstitious whether it is a tour guide for foreigners or a businessmen dealing with foreigners etc. i guess Farang movie directors involved in thai movies get more and more a image problem as there seem to be only one common topic in most of the movies! ranma500
Funnily enough, I can't think of a single film where the main character was a Thai bargirl. Can you help me? I wonder why you think this is a common topic. ranma
