Guest
Hiya guys, Hope this is the correct area for this post… I’m trying to mail something to a friend of mine in Pattaya (Banglamung, Chonburi actually) but can’t quite figure out the Soi name. A friends wife tried as well, she’s Thai from Chonburi but can’t make out the exact street either. She translated it as “Soi Koatako” . Is there such a place??? She was able to translate everything else but just the first few characters of that Soi had her guessing. Can anyone help??? Thanks!!! Old Hippie
here's a trick I use to mail stuff to Taiwan. If you have the adress written in Thai, make a photocopy of it, a good clear copy, use clear tape to stick it to the package, box etc... sort of like a mailing lable. write Thailand on it in English, so the guys at the post office know where to throw it. It works for me when I send stuff to Taiwan, never tried it with Thailand. Good luck! Maybe try it with a postcard, or simple letter before you try it with a package of value.
