I got the bill faxed to me 2 weeks in advance (!) with instructions that the very first thing to do upon arrival is to proceed to check out and pay the fees in full! I was called into a room where i was told all my papers were OK and they had no questions. There was no domicile interview, they were obviously happy with my written answers to the questionnaire.
