She found a condo for @20,000 Baht p/month, she will make the deposit and I will make the monthly payments. However, the landlord will not rent to her due to lack of solid employment. Landlord told her, that since she has Farang BF to have me bring proof of employment and salary when I return to BKK in Dec. Is this needed and what else do I need to rent a condo in LOS?
