The corner of Suk/Soi 11 Side closest to Soi 11/1 (cross Soi 11 headed to the higher # sois) has a stall that sells them as well. Bargin hard, they are good quality (I got the Thai Rugby Union League ) and they want top dollar...The selection of Polos was good, with Various teams, seem to recall seeing some jackets around as well...Also try the various shops in Pratumam...I think I paid 300bht, but the quality is good. The 2 shops (with glass fronts) I mentioned, are annoying to deal with, they wanted 1200bht to start, and drew the line a5t 400bht...
