Joaquin and Reese didn't play Johnny + June, they lived those characters! Great website too : http://www.walkthelinethemovie.com If that guy is not deserve that Oscar, than I do not know who does! Was in all the media - but you have to see, that big John was extremely popular in Germany at his time. Used to tour Krautland about every other 18 months. And the film won at least one golden Globe. Phoenix and Witherspoon sing the songs and sing them well. Brokeback Mountain is a frontrunner i think. strange that a Film about Old Hippie and Limbo is so popular........
