texascity
"we've all be colonized" who has non-contigiously colonized outside Europeans? edit: Caucasians woopin ass on your neighbor seems some what different from traveling around the planet to randomly woop ass. beginning in the early 16th century European colonialism was very different from previous empire expansions. contiguous border expansion vs colonial expansion. .. bunch of heathens just wandering around the oceans.. with poor 'navigation' equipment sail sail sail sail sail .. sail til ya hit land, find a river & claim all it's drainage for god & the queens & then steal everything you can find .. & it ya cannot steal it or F' it .. then kill it. randomingly lookin for stuff to steal & societies to ruin. plunder for god & the queen IMHO a totally different mind set from specific border expansion . the colonies of Palestine, Kuwait / Iraq, Afganistan, Pakistan & India certainly worked out charmingly. Amerika? no doubt a couple of success stories .. but more dismal failures & societal destrucitons than propering ex-colonies. china's forced / chosen isolation from the colonialist aggression certainly benefited the HK colony. HK & Singapore are both so stratically located. Malaysia has had some pretty good post-colonial governmental management. I really liked Mahathir Mohamad
